Story
My name is Aurélia Marion. I am fundraising money and donating my hair to make a wig for a child with Alopecia Areata or cancer. Last year one of my friend’s mum was diognosed with breast cancer. This got me thinking about how lucky I am as well as my family for, we haven’t had any major health issues in the past.
I decided to cut and donate my hair to be done into a wig for a child with Alopecia, as well as fundraising money to donate and help others. Every donation counts no matter how much. My goal is to raise $1000, but I need your help! Did you know a wig can cost up to $800.
If you know of any people with long hair, make sure to let them know about the AAAF, because it can take up to 30 ponytails to make just one wig! Thank you for all of your donations.
